Coast  House

On Gadigal Land of the Eora Nation

A Federation home close to the Coast is connected to the rear garden with a new verandah, framed pool and landscaping.

A new garage blends into the outdoor spaces providing a dual purpose of additional indoor recreational space for the family with Teenage boys.

The front garden and house entrance are redesigned for better privacy and improvement to the streetscape  while maintaining the inherent  character of the home within the context of the street.

A simple palette of reclaimed bricks, black vertical timber and white slats creates a modern coastal family home, while consciously retaining fabric and reducing the embodies carbon impacts
